Emily Johnston joined Simply Good Foods in 2018 and most recently served as Vice President, Quest Marketing and prior to that served as a Brand Manager for Quest Nutrition. Prior to joining Quest Nutrition, Emily served as an Associate Brand Manager for Campbell Soup Company for two years. Emily received her Master of Business Administration from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and her Bachelor of Arts in English from Wesleyan University.
